During the year we offer special event trips for homes residents.
These trips involve either special transport trips to a venue to see Performances / Shows / Films etc, or Special Trips around the area to see local seasonal events such as "Christmas Lights Trips", "Paignton Vintage Car Rally" or "Torbay Steam Rally".
COMING IN SPRING
Nickelodeon : Enjoy a trip to the Bay's only Nickelodeon to watch an oldie film from the beginning of the 1900's onwards*
Then relax with a nice cup of Tea or coffee and a cream tea in tranquil surroundings.
The Blue Walnut : Torbay Arts Base Award Winner 2005 Original Artistic Contribution to the Community.
The Blue Walnut is a non-smoking fully licensed Café, Live Music venue and Art Gallery. Contained within the Café is a unique cinema with just 24 seats where films from the early 1900s through to the present day can be seen.

COMING IN SUMMER
Vintage Car Rally : If you can muster the stamina to take a leisurely stroll round Paignton Green, you can view some of the older vehicles from yesteryear. Stopping off for a breather to get yourself a Nice cup of tea or coffee and slice of cake.
The Vintage Car Rally may appeal to some who remember the old vintage models. The cars are displayed in rows and generally in their own class of model or year.
During the Rally the cars can be seen being driven round the arena and when not in motion, many of the owners love to answer questions on their particular car.
COMING IN AUTUMN
Torbay Steam Fayre : Late Summer, Beginning of Autumn brings the Torbay Steam Fayre. Take a stroll round to look at the steam engines you may have seen working on farms in your time.
This is one of Torbays largest fayres and it has many different varieties of engines from small water pumps, up to the Gigantic great Traction Engines used for Sawing Large tree trunks and dragging great plows across acres of farms.
